This app is a place to keep all frequently used prompts and reference images handy.
Whatever tools you use, the (always on top) optional feature will help you keep the app at your fingertips for accessibility.
The modular prompting system and the reference images drag-and-drop features will make your daily life easier
The Plug&Brand Vault app is built around modular prompting, a technique that the Plug & Brand system adopts and recommends. In this technique, the creative style(s) are separated as a cohesive text block to be iterable and exchangeable.
Similarly, the descriptive and contextual bits of the prompt to achieve the most efficient and versatile prompting workflow that eventually transforms into mixing and matching.
For example, you can save the different styles your brand uses, as well as, descriptions of the different product contexts, and preferably any the transcript that goes on any label (for better results).
Combined with a library of reference images added to the vault, this makes the prompting for AI image generation process a matter of selecting a combination, and pressing COPY ALL.
This is one way, or you can use it the standard way by copying each section/ part of the prompt as needed using the copy buttons next to each field.
Click an image to select it; click more than one image to select multiple, drag and drop into the platform/ prompt box of the tool you’re using to add it them.
Click a selected image to unselect it.
To manage the library, click the burger menu, then, Add To Library.
This will open a dialog where you can manage everything.
Use “Theme” to personalize your vault.
To add a new (Style, Text, Description), click the relevant tab, then, click the “ADD ITEM“ button
Add a title that makes sense to you in the title field (you’ll use it to find the prompt) , and the prompt in the value field.
You can add line breaks (using the Enter/ Return keys on the keyboard), so your modular prompt bits can have multiple paragraphs.
To edit a prompt, click the pen icon, and use the red bin icon to delete one.
There is no confirmation for deleting a prompt, so be aware.
The “Image Library” works in collections; you can use them for products, campaigns, and clients. Whatever your workflow dictates.
To add a new collection: 1- Click on the dropdown menu and select (New Collection).
2- Enter a Collection title and either drag and drop or click on the drop area to add images.
Once you add image(s), the “CREATE COLLECTION” button will activate, and you can click it to create the collection.
You can hover on an image to activate the delete icon, click on it to remove an image from the collection.
